Wow long time no post

Sorry it has taken me so long to post. Sweet Nothings was contacted by The Turquoise Tiara out of Kaufman Texas to have our sweet clothing in the store. I agreed and I had so much fun the first month. However, life changing events ( I got engaged to the most fabulous man alive) plus working 2 other jobs ( full time 8-4 m-f, plus working for An Affair to Remember) I just have absolutely no time to keep up with orders and the demand for the clothing. Not to mention we really really have been looking hard for our dream house and so far can't seem to get it all together. Which has led me to putting my favorite job (sweet nothings) on hold at least until the fall!!!! I am so bummed out about this but it really is the best thing for time being.

SO this blog will turn a bit more personal the next few months until everything gets lined out. I am still taking orders just not advertising or having the items in stores at this time.

It's Beginning to Look A LOT like Christmas !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow I was always told as a child to slow down because as you become older time will fly by well now I am beginning to understand the meaning of that. Next week is Christmas it feels like yesterday it was just Thanksgiving!!!! I am excited to introduce some new items and to announce WE HAVE AN ETSY STORE and WE WILL BE FEATURE WITH Everything But the Barn Door. I am so excited and can not wait for the spring and to unveil a whole new line at Sweet Nothings it will be precious I can promise you that !!!!!!!!!!! For now enjoy the new Leopard and Zebra Pants !!!!!!!

CHRISTMAS IS UPON US !!!!!!!!!!

Sweet Nothings is getting ready for Christmas I hope you are all excited about the upcoming holiday. I had so many wonderful idea's for the fall season but due to unexpected things happening in life I was unable to launch any of the things I had worked on for Fall. However, nothing will keep me from the exciting things I have planned for the Christmas Season. Taking Orders now for Christmas. Everything is hand-made therefor ordering early is highly encouraged but I will fulfill orders locally all the way through the 23 of December. Check back within the Next week for NEW ITEMS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just returned home from my first day in Warrenton where Sew Sweet Nothings which is located in the booth JUST LOVE STUFF had a successful first showing. I was extremely shocked and very proud that my creations are doing better than I ever expected. THANK YOU!!!! it would be greatly appreciated if you would put the waist measurement of your child, or yourself ( i had tons of adults wanting them for Halloween, how fun) and the approximate length that you would like the skirt.I always make them a bit long so you can cut them to desired length if need be. I personally do not like to place prices on the blog regarding the items. All items are under 30.00 just to give you an idea. Please feel free to email me with question and if you can think it we will make it. Enjoy looking at the pictures !!! I have no pictures of the hot pink tulle skirt because I sold completely out and sent my last one to a very special girl in Illinois. Hopefully, we will have a picture to post of her and the skirt soon !!! For now I will post a color swatch as will do for a lot of the colors.
